Canmore sits at the intersection of world-class outdoor culture and a community that genuinely cares about what goes into their bodies. Nobody had built the room that took both seriously.
Great espresso existed. So did smoothie bowls, and plants, and good ceramics — just never in the same place, never at true quality, and never with the design attention this valley deserves. Wild Ground is that room: a superfood coffee bar where everything around you is for sale, and the healthiest option is also the most beautiful one in sight.
We are not a wellness clinic, and we’re not a chain. Every ingredient is organic, traceable, and explained in plain language — what it is, what it does, how it tastes. No breathless claims. If lion’s mane helps you focus, we’ll say so and stop there.
The retail edit works the same way. We stock a short list from Bow Valley and Alberta makers because a room you can take home is more interesting than a shelf of merchandise. Everything is chosen, nothing is filler.
